Remember Who You Are - MybodyMyworship Prayer Challenge Newsletter
March 06, 2021
Dear Christian Sisters & Brothers,

Who are you?

Today, let's reflect on who we are:

* Chosen (John 15:16, 1 Thessalonians 1:4, 1 Peter 2:9)

* Made in God’s image (Genesis 1:26-27)

* Holy and royal priesthood (1 Peter 2:5, 9)

* People for God (1 Peter 2:10)

* Living stones (1 Peter 2:5)

* Son, child, heir (Romans 8:15-17, Ephesians 1:18, James 2:5, John 1:12-13)

* The Temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19, 2 Corinthians 6:16)

* Appointed (John 15:16)

God works through us according to the power within us.

Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. (Ephesians 3:20 NKJV)

If you washed yourself clean through the prayers in "Adjust Your Breastplate of Righteousness" and "Forgive and Be Set Free" in Worship to End Abortion: Your Prayer Guide then you are more powerful than you were before we began these 40 days of worship!

"Hello My Name Is" by Matthew West is a great worship song for remembering who you are. What's your name?

Genesis 1:26-27, 1 Corinthians 6:19, 2 Corinthians 6:16, 1 Peter 2:9, Romans 12:1-2, Romans 8:15-17, Ephesians 1:18, James 2:5, John 1:12-13, John 17:21, 23, John 15:5, 1 Peter 1:5-8

Thank You for making me in Your image. Thank You for creating my beautiful temple. Lord, I honor Your creation by believing that You made me beautiful. I stand firm as Your royal priesthood, as a living sacrifice, as Your child, as Your heir. I choose holiness and oneness with You, remaining in the True Vine.

With diligence, I add moral excellence to my faith. To my moral excellence, I add understanding. To my understanding, I add the strength of self-control. To my self-control, I add perseverance. To my perseverance, I add godliness. To my godliness, I add mercy. To mercy, I add unending agape love.

Prayer for 40 Days for Life

Thank You for showing the beauty of Your creation to the 40 Days for Life prayer warriors—the beauty in the babies, the beauty in their mothers, the beauty in those supporting or pressuring the mothers, the beauty in the abortion workers, and the beauty in the police. Give them self-control, perseverance, mercy, and unending agape love.

In Christ,
